How Does It Work?
1. Create Your Order
Answer a few questions about your media to get a personalized quote, then customize and create your order.
2. Send Your Media
Choose to drop off your media at a Walmart Photo Center or carefully package and ship it to us.
3. Receive Digital Memories
About three weeks after we receive your media, you can access your high-quality digital copies. If you dropped off at Walmart, you can pick up your order there. If you shipped your media to us, we’ll return your order along with your originals.

Yes! After receiving your quote, simply use it to add your items to cart and create your order.
Then, all you have to do is ship us your media, and we will begin to process it. Upon completion, you will receive your high-quality digital copies of your memories!
No problem! If you're sending extra media, just include it in your package—we'll process everything and adjust your final bill accordingly. You won’t be charged for any unprocessable items, like blank tapes.
If you're sending fewer items, simply include a note in your package listing what you're not shipping. Once we process your order, we'll issue a refund for the difference.
